The Wine Cellar App

An App that gives you the power to design your  wine Cellar/Room, control and manage your Inventory, plus HomeKit devices for temperature/humidity monitoring

Send us an email to Greatwines@thewineagents.com or a text 905-763-5781 and we will add you to our official  App Tester list and you can it  try right away, and when it comes out on the App Store, you will receive a free copy from us to use.

My Wine Cellar helps you organize your collection by rack location, track bottle counts, add label photos, and keep notes so you remember what you loved.

Quick Start (2 minutes)

  1. Tap + Add Wine to any slot  to add your first bottle.

  2. In the Pop up Add Wine .. wine name, producer, vintage, region, bottle count, and any notes.

  3. Add front/back label photos, 

  4. Add any Buy links for the wine for quick Buy access

  5. Save — your wine appears in your cellar layout.

 

Understanding the My Cellar View Layout

  • Your cellar is organized into columns and racks

  • Each wine sits in a slot so you always know where it is.

  • Tap a wine to view details, long press to have access to editing for move it. (Cut, Copy and Paste) you can also select full Columns to move so it match your Real Wine Cellar/Room.

 

Favourites Section at the bottom of Profiles & Setting 
Use Favourites to keep quick access to your top wines

iCloud Backup & Restore
If iCloud is enabled for My Wine Cellar, your collection can restore when you reinstall the app or switch devices.
To confirm iCloud is enabled:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → My Wine Cellar (ON)

Siri & Shortcuts (Optional)
You can use Siri to perform quick actions using Shortcuts.
To set up:

  1. Open the Shortcuts app

  2. Look for My Wine Cellar actions

  3. Add a shortcut and record a phrase

Example phrases:

  • “Add a wine in My Wine Cellar”

  • “Show my favorites in My Wine Cellar”

HomeKit (Optional)
If you connect HomeKit temperature/humidity sensors, you can monitor cellar conditions and keep your collection safer. We Recommend "SwitchBot" Matter enabled here is the link https://ca.switch-bot.com/products/switchbot-hub-2

Tips (Fun & Useful)

  • Add a quick tasting note: “Buy again” / “Decant 30 min” / “Great with steak”

  • Use consistent names: “Château X 2021”

  • Add label photos so you can identify bottles instantly
